LGBT Forum Convenors have been elected to and sat on the Executive Committee of SUE since 2017.
Since then we have held a successful LGBT History Month event at UNISON Centre, open to all staff, and we regularly celebrate key dates for the LGBT+ community across the year and across regions.
We continuously fight for policies and procedures to take into account the wide experiences and needs of LGBT+ staff, challenging the employer where necessary to ensure full representation.
